Hello everyone, my topic is teaching younger learners. There are many aspects to take in to consideration at the moment to teach young people. One of the most important thing is to get the student attention since the very beginning of the class. Teachers can start the class with a song because students will feel motivated. Young learners are creative and social. So, Children learn when they are active, interested and engaged. They need to socialize with the classmates and playing is a good technique for them to feel free and socialize. This will help to develop the different activities in the classroom and get the student’s attention. Teachers need to develop different activities in the classroom because this will reduce students’ attention span. The different activities and techniques will help the students to concentrate and they will feel motivated when developing the activities. Also, the classroom is another important aspect because students need to feel comfortable to acquire all the knowledge. The classroom has to be the big enough for the students to move around and interact with the classmates because they learn through doing and playing. If students feel comfortable, this will reduce their affective filter and they will get all the information easily.
